All colors are customizable, and holiday themes are available by season! Send over an email or chat if you don't see what you're looking for at the moment (all available themes will be featured in product images).
When ordering, if you have a specific color combo in mind, or know exactly the shade you want for the border, background, and/or pet designs - please leave it all in the "notes" section and I'll be happy to work with you!
Please allow 10-15 business days for completion.

Color vs. Theme?
If you don't know whether you want to chose a single color vs. a themed design, look at the comparison below!
Single Color Design
- Includes a gold or silver border of your choice
- You can choose from any of the "color options" shown in product images
- Includes paint stroke detail behind your pet
- Best for a simple design if one of our already selected colors is something you like!
Themed Design
- Includes any color in our metallic border! (fit to your theme)
- You can use any color for a "custom" theme, or we will select your colors based on the theme you chose.
- Includes paint stroke detail OR custom detail (ex. christmas trees, hearts, birthday balloons, etc.) in the background.
- Best for holidays OR if you can't find the color you want in our base product!

After purchase, please either email bluewillowstudio@gmail.com or message @bluewillowandco on instagram or facebook with an image of your pet for the design process to begin!
In your message, please specify:
- Subject(s) name(s)
- Text Color (options found in product images)
- If you want your pet's name included in the final portrait file.
Just a friendly reminder, it helps when:
-Pictures are taking with the pet looking and facing towards the camera
-Full body in view (unless special circumstance/different design outcome wanted)
-Good lighting (no harsh shadows, not too dark)
-Decent picture resolution

DETAILS
Each portrait includes only one subject, so make sure to select any extras if necessary. A subject can be anything of your choice - whether that is a human, dog, cat, bird, horse, etc.
Profile pictures can be drawn in any of our four styles - boho, minimal, modern, and realistic - however, our modern style is not recommended for this piece (check out our "about us" page if you need a refresher on what our different styles look like).
*Pleae note - human faces will not be fully drawn unless specifically requested and no portrait is meant to be fully realistic in style*
